Shipping Rates & Duties

International orders (to the US, Europe, Australia, Canada and New Zealand) are shipped with UPS's highest level couriered service with tracking, full insurance and requiring a signature upon reciept

Orders within the UK (England, Wales, Scotland, N. Ireland) are sent via Royal mail Special Delivery where appropriate

Domestic and international Shipping rates for limited print editions are covered by Tom Mothersole whereas relevant international taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer

For original works purchased within England, Wales and Scotland, Tom will aim to personally deliver the artwork to you.

For all other locations, Tom covers the necessary taxes and duties for the original pieces

General 

Once your piece has been dispatched, you will receive a notification. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure personal details such as delivery address and contact details are accurate and up-to-date. If you need to edit your address details after placing an order, please contact Tom as soon as possible here: info@tommothersoleart.com with your name and order number. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot alter address details and you will be charged the applicable postage cost to resend if it is returned to sender.

Shipping Estimates

For collectors located in the UK, you should receive your print within 2 - 3 business days from date of dispatch. 

For collectors within the US, Canada and Europe, you will receive your  print within 5-28 business days from date of dispatch. 

For customers located in the rest of the world, you will receive your artwork or print within 5-30 business days from date of dispatch.

Please note that you'll receive a tracking number for your piece once dispatched that will provide a more accurate estimate based on current delivery speeds

Important Information for International Customers

Please note that we do not ship to Ascension, Bovet Island, Indian Ocean Territory, French Southern Territories, Heard & Mcdonald Islands, Pitcairn, Saint Pierre & Miquelon, Tajikistan, Tristan Da Cunha, US Minor Outlying Islands (Baker Island, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Midway Atoll, Palmyra Atoll, Wake Island) and Western Sahara.

Packaging

To ensure your print arrives in perfect condition, It is sent flat and backed with a sheet of ply board to ensure it doesn't bend. The associated items are carefully layered on top and held in place with plastic wrap. Everything is then wrapped in thick cardboard to provide ample protection.

In the rare and unfortunate event that your piece arrives damaged, please contact me immediately (info@tommothersoleart.com) with photos of the packaging and the damage to the artwork. A replacement will be sorted for you at no extra charge. Before the replacement can be sent, you must provide photographic evidence of your damaged print cut in half to make the edition void. This ensure there is only the set number of editions in circulation

Original pieces that are hand delivered by Tom are presented in a deluxe transport case (pieces with a max dimension framed of 80cm)

larger originals are presented in the frame only with ample bubble wrap

For international original orders, a custom wooden crate is constructed for the artwork and the glass of the frame is removed to prevent breakages and irreparable damage to the artwork (this glass can be replaced at a local framer - AR70 must be used)
