Refund policy

Cancellations 

For print editions: After purchasing your print, there is a 24 hour window from the time of sale in which the order can be cancelled. If you decide to proceed with the cancellation your full investment in the print will be refunded and the edition will be made available again to my collector base. Cancellations after this period will result in your investment being withheld as damages and the print will be re-offered to my collector base. For original works: After paying the deposit for an original piece, there is a 48 hour window from the time of sale in which the remaining payment (to be paid via wire transfer separately) for the artwork must be settled. Failure to fulfil this completion payment within the allowed time frame will result in the deposit being held as damages and the piece being made available again to my collector base. Once the completion payment has been received the order cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order within the 48 hours of paying the deposit, contact me here: info@tommothersoleart.com

Refunds

It can take up to 14 days for refunds to be processed after being initiated. If after this period, the amount hasn't appeared on your statement, please contact me here: info@tommothersoleart.com

Damages

In the rare and unfortunate event that your piece arrives damaged, please contact me immediately (info@tommothersoleart.com) with photos of the packaging and the damage to the artwork. A replacement will be sorted for you at no extra charge. Before the replacement can be sent, you must provide photographic evidence of your damaged print cut in half to make the edition void. This ensure there is only the set number of editions in circulation

Returns

If within 48 hours of receiving your piece, you decide it isn't right for your space. You can return it to me (please contact me here: info@tommothersoleart.com for the return address). The artwork must be repackaged exactly how you received it and all postage, customs and relevant taxes are to be paid by you, the buyer.
